ok I have a very odd spuratic skip that hapens durring normal driving yet i really dont seem to notice it under WOT. I notice it most while on the hi-way around cruising speed. This is so random that i cant get it to happen during a test ride .It might do it once, it might do it 2-3 times 5min apart. it almost feels like a cam shaft sensor hesitation or air in the gas line. It also does this 1 at a time, nothing like a studder. My car has done this for a long time atleast a couple seasons.

Could it be a "miss" in spark plug or coil? If it is only a one-at-a-time skip it sounds like one cylinder is skipping. You might try a "hot shut down" and look at your spark plugs to see if any show signs of problems. A "hot shut down" is when you drive the car up to an rpm that you are concerned about, then as you shove in the clutch (or put trans in neutral), shut off the engine at that rpm. This gives you a look at the spark plugs at that rpm.
Can you borrow an ODB data logging computer from someone to run while you are driving it?
You might try to note what is happening each time; speed, rpms, weather temp and humidity, fuel level, type/brand of fuel, into/with the wind, etc. You might find a common factor that will give you a clue as to what is affected.
