Well, I apparently have lost my mind and cant find the drag racing forum. So, i'll do it here I guess!! Went to KCIR tonight and for the 1st time let my 17 year old drive my car. He did pretty well except for the missing 3rd gear the 1st two times down the track!!:beatyoass:
1st let me apologize for not introducing myself to KINGER and PSNOUS, but it was a little crazy tonight with my son driving my car, (which about killed me the 1st time or two down). Anyway Kinger and PSNOUS, your cars are awesome, I was highly impressed!!:hail:
One of those runs he was running PSNOUS (I think), and it was actually pretty close until he missed 3rd, but I am sure PSNOUS would have won anyway, I think he ran like a 13.1 or 13.2, NO NITROUS for PSNOUS I don't think. So even without the missed shift it wouldn't have happened. I believe this is the pic, but ????

WARNING: Of course my piece of crap digital camera wouldn't work for the 1st couple of hours so I don't have much to show, and what is there looks like crap on the video, so if you have a slow connection you will be disappointed with video after your long wait. But there is one against a C6 Corvette that my son beat. I know, I know the guy was about a no driving SOB, but I am sure when my son goes to school tommorow that part will be left out of the story!!! And of course he got the 100mph club T-shirt which thrills him!!
