Ok, I bashed RPM for it's sloppy customer service in another thread, here is my experience with Brothers Performance...
I recently ordered from Brothers a set of stainless steel door sills. The parts arrived in a timely manner, unfortunately they appeared to not fit. I called Brothers tech support and explained to him I think these are for a 93 or older pony. He took the time to take both sets out to his new edge pony to compare and called me back a few minutes later (on his dime). Once he confirmed that they had sent me wrong part, I had the correct ones in my hands only two days later without even sending the wrong parts back. He made the arrangements to have the original parts picked up at my job and all I had to do was just hand it over to fed ex guy.
All online parts shops are bound to make mistakes, but it's the professionals that address a mistake with urgency that impresses me.
Brothers Performance Rating for Professionalism: 9 out of 10
(I dinged them one point for making the mistake in first place)
