to get a jack under.

So, I spent about $15.00 and came up with this solution.

Here's the recipe: (1) 12'x12" (1) box of 2 1/2 screws. Cut the board into (2) 3', (2) 2', and (2) 1' lengths. Drink a beer. Sand off the rough ends, while sipping a beer. Drill together however you like (I recommend clamping them together while doing this). Burp with satisfaction.
They're heavy enough not to move when you pull up on them, and makes it easy to get a jack, and then jackstands, underneath.

My little 2-ton floor jack is just low profile enough to get under my M8 so I can relate. First time I tried getting it under the frame I thought I was surely screwed, lol.

you can actually build a ramp system so that you can get under the car for oil changes, etc.

I used that as my inspitation, but wanted something I could get the rears up, too.

ya i think il be investing in one of these soon..LOL i put my gt500 chin spoiler on lastnight and it was a BI*CH to try and get that jack out from under my car!! im dreading my next oil change!
