View Full Version : Finally bought my exhaust

well i finally put in my order for a exhaust at americanmuscle.com. i bought the Pypes mid-muffler exhaust for my 2007 GT/CS. the pypes is the best sounding exhaust i've heard and the only one i've seen that has the mufflers in the middle and not the end. cant wait for it to get here so i can install it. Next purchase is going to be a Steeda CAI. than save up some more money and get a Diablo tuner:LandLdd:

sure am. they're just a simple bolt on(unless i have to do some tweaking since they are Pypes)

They are a direct fit, but don't tighten the clamps until you have both of your tailpipes lined up the way you want them, it will save you alot of headaches. :thumb_up:

Oh, also check out mustangforums.com classifieds you can grab an xcal3/cai for much cheaper than new, and most of them are from guys who are going FI and the package they are buying comes with new stuff.

i'm not getting the tuner just yet. but what makes the other tuner better than the diablo?

More tuners tune with them, and I just belive they are overall a better product. I can take you for a quick ride if you want, its a nice kick in the pants.

it's a stage 2 and not a stage 3 right? so it shouldn't be too different from a regular GT besides the bolt ons and roush suspension work right? i'll be glad to go for a ride. send me a PM

o ya. laying on the bridge. got ran over a few times but still worked to unlock and start her car. i told her next time that her keys stay in the car or my pocket. when we went back there was NOBODY around it was quiet.
