It's not that teskids are stronger which I don't think they are. But teskids CAN hold ALOT of power so they shouldn't be a reason to shy away. Iron blocks are strong as hell too but you get a slight weight penalty with them. However, they are cheap and easier to come across. Other blocks to consider are Lincoln Navigator blocks, Mach 1 blocks, 99 cobra blocks, all are aluminum but not teskids. Teskid is the strongest alum. block

99 and even early 01 production cobra blocks have been reported teksid. The Aviator blocks are strong too, just not as strong. And Navigators are 5.4

You are correct - Aviators are 4.6 and navies are 5.4 I messed up

would it be hard to put a 5.4 4v in my cobra

Its not impossible but it takes some work. It takes a 5.4 based shortblock, you can use any 4v C head but with the increased deck height of the 5.4, you'll need to either run a 5.4 intake which creates the problem of hood clearance or they make adapter plates that go between the head and intake that allow you to attach a 4.6 C head intake.

ok but would the performance gain be worth it in the end of it

You'll gain some bottom end torque but most people are just fine with the 4.6
