Crank pully question?

ok i installed the 4lb. crank pully on the truck and when i drive it normally it seems fine. But when i get on the throttle, the boost goes past stock as it should but it bogs down also??? WTF? any answers? thanks

yeah i also posted on svtperformance.com and some of the guys told me to get a tune and change/gap plugs to .035. so thats what i need to do. thanks for the input
