Which spark plugs for S-trim

I was wondering if "someone" was going to be putting a vortech s-trim on a 89Gt, are there different sparkplugs that should be used. I was wondering if colder or hotter sparkplugs are recommended. Brand and part number would be appreciated. In case it matters ,may be using 42# injectors also

It depends on what heads you have, but you'll definately need to go at least one heat range colder.

They are stock heads. I was thinking of doing a tune up before it arrived. Should I wait till its on?
