I'll be honest, I'm just lazy. I could do this myself, but with living on post housing, I don't wanna tackle it without a driveway and with the limited amount of tools I have here. Back in Florida my extended family would have a 'community pot' way of using tools and I had an unlimited supply of stuff to use.
With all these factors considered, is there anywhere around here that would install mine without making me pay an arm and a leg?

You should have an onbase hobby shop? Every military base that I've been to have one. Lifts, tools, on site techs, etc. If not, there are quite a few shops in KC to tackle it. Without an aftermarket K-member, I would pay anyways. It can be a PITA

What sucks is that this is one of the very few posts in the entire US military that does not have a hobby shop. I was incredibly upset when I discovered that. I'm half tempted to mail the headers to the shop in Florida that's doing my cams.

Why would you do that? Why don't you get it done locally?

Just to get it all done at the same time. I really don't know what I'm gonna do with them just yet.

hey man i was looking at your list of mods and it looks good!!!! one thing though that i ran into this weekend is the underdrive pullies, if you ever decide to go the supercharger route, you just have to take them off and its just a slow down to getting boosted, good luck on the headers!!!

Thanks for the compliments!! :)
I wanna go s/c someday, but it's gonna be a long time. A private's pay is a joke. :smilielol: Yeah, I figure it will be about two years. For now, I'm hoping to just get to 350rwhp n/a.
I can't wait to get my car up here so I can come to a KC Mustangs meet. :2up: :wave1:
