I ordered a set of Caster/Camber plates from Maximum Motorsports which, unless UPS is lying on their web page or screws it up, will arrive tomorrow. I have a couple of questions:
Approximately how long should it take me to install these?
Since I'm going to adjust camber between street and performance settings, should I set toe-in for street or performance or does it change that much?
I'm anxious to see how much difference it makes in handling when I'm not trying to corner on the sidewalls :banana_dance:

It should only take a couple hours. It's a pretty easy job.
As you move the camber negative, the toe will also go slightly negative (out). So I think I would adjust toe close to zero or maybe just a little out so it will go farther out at the event. Keep in mind, the toe should be farther out at an auto-x than at the track.

Yeah, shouldn't take you more than 2-3 hours to install. You may want to grind the strut hole bigger while you're at it, because sometimes it limits your ability to set high amounts of negative camber with desirable amounts of positive caster because the strut shaft will hit the hole before the plates run out of range.
Set the toe for your street camber setting. It'll toe out when you dump the camber in, but usually not too much. I'd only worry about having to compensate the toe when you change camber settings if you get more than about 1.5 degrees extra camber between the your street and track settings.
For your street toe setting, if your A-arm bushings are factory rubber, set it to 1/16th inch to 1/18th inch total toe-in, it'll flex out to zero or close to it when underway.
